About Me

Dr. Ryan Steadman is the Operations Director for SOF Network, where he helps lead organizational strategy, operations, and clinical initiatives supporting the special operations and veteran communities. A combat veteran and former Psychological Operations senior noncommissioned officer, Dr. Steadman brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning military service, intelligence community consulting, and private sector team management.

In addition to his operational leadership background, Dr. Steadman is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, moral injury, operational stress, and service-related mental health. He works extensively with servicemembers, veterans, and other high-performing professionals in demanding careers. His combined experience in leadership, behavioral health, and mission-focused environments provides a unique perspective on resilience, performance, and the long-term psychological impacts of high-stakes service.
