Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Bianca Casteel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with eight years of clinical experience across inpatient hospital care serving military patients and outpatient private practice. She works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use concerns, depression, and life transitions.She provides telehealth counseling to clients throughout Florida.
Bianca takes a collaborative, person-centered approach grounded in compassion, authenticity, and directness. She works alongside clients to understand what’s been keeping them stuck, challenge patterns that no longer serve them, and find practical ways to move toward their goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she strives to create a space where clients feel understood and supported in making meaningful change.
As the spouse of a former Air Force Pararescueman, Bianca brings personal insight into military family culture and a deep appreciation for the service and sacrifices of those who serve and the families who support them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and exploring the outdoors together as a family.
