From September 2024 to December 2025, I served as the embedded clinical psychologist for 10th Special Forces Group. Working with Green Berets was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my career. Prior to that role, I worked for nearly two years at the mental health clinic on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. I recently left government service to launch a mental health and addiction recovery clinic in Minnesota that integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with wellness practices such as sauna and cold plunge, fitness, functional medicine, and beekeeping related experiences.
