About Me

Charlie White is the founder of Move Mountains, a leadership development firm based in Incline Village, Nevada. Since 2014, Move Mountains has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofits and educational institutions, providing training, coaching, speaking, and adventure-based programs.

Charlie’s work with veterans began through Move Mountains’ partnership with SEAL Future Foundation, delivering multi-day retreats for Navy SEAL veterans and their spouses. He has long-standing personal ties to the SEAL community, and is honored to be in service to SOF Network and the SOF community.

Outside of work, Charlie volunteers as a ski patroller, mountain bikes, and spends as much time as he can outside with his family.
