Karl Monger is the founder and executive director of GallantFew, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans transition to post-military lives filled with hope and purpose, regardless of whether they leave the military next week or left decades ago. Karl is a retired US Army major with light infantry and Ranger assignments. He parachuted into Kuwait with the 1st Ranger Battalion in a strategic show-of-force in the final phase of Desert Storm. After ten years of coaching and mentoring transitioning veterans, he returned to school to obtain a master's degree and become a clinical therapist. He specializes in trauma, acute stress, post-traumatic stress, and transition issues. He is also the owner of OnAzimuth Coaching and Transitur, LLC a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that offers coaching and counseling.
