Sandy Tudor, M.A. LMHC

Sandy is a licensed mental health counselor in the Seattle area of State of WA.  She has been a mental health professional since 2012. Prior to that, Sandy was a police office, detective, and lieutenant for a municipal police department and sheriff’s department for over 20 years.  She has a passion for working with veterans, active-duty military, and first responders for many reasons which include the commitment they have to service, the impact their experiences have on them, and the challenges that they face.  Her commitment is to help those who have served and/or are serving recover from trauma, achieve post traumatic growth, and live their best life. 

Sandy specializes in PTSD, Complex PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety.  Sandy uses a variety of evidence-based therapies. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has used this modality for 12 years.  She also uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
