Stephanie Shubert, M.S. LMFT

Stephanie Shubert is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Colorado, California, and Florida. She currently lives in California with her three children and her husband, who is an active duty Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) soldier. After nine years as a special education teacher, Stephanie pursued her masters in marriage and family therapy with a goal of supporting military families as well as adolescents/adults with ADHD. She worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient settings before starting her private practice in 2018. When Covid hit, her practice transitioned online, where she has remained. She has found that online therapy allows for the accessibility and flexibility that military families so often need, while still being effective for her clients.

Over the years, she has pursued further training in modalities that support healing and improving the relationships of her clients, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Brainspotting. Her education and experience, combined with her warm and compassionate style, has helped her clients achieve their goals and find freedom from the stories that had previously held them back.
