Tania Beaudoin, LCSW
Tania Beaudoin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in San Diego, California. She provides individual and couples therapy in her private practice, both in-person and virtually. She primarily sees military families, working professionals, and parents. She has over a decade of experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, and their partners on and off base.
Tania has worked closely with Naval Special Warfare families experiencing trauma, stress, and challenges created by work tempo, deployments, reintegration, and the physical and mental symptoms of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Chronic Pain, and Operator’s Syndrome. Tania is passionate about helping SOF families as they navigate the challenges of military life and retirement. Tania also brings lived experience as an NSW spouse and has been active in the community advocating for improved care for the mental health and wellness of military families.
Tania primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has completed Level 2 in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She is also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), with a passion for helping through all the stages of family planning.
