I have a good history with clients seeking out initial care as well as those who have been unsuccessful with other therapists.

I specialize in Trauma-focused work, mood disorders, family (parenting and marital) issues, stressful life changes, and all things Anxiety. In addition to the emotional and mental strain it takes to perform at SOF’s high level, I also understand the physical toll that years of pain, TBI’s, poor sleep, and stress can have on a person. I use a holistic approach, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy.
